What should I do if I have received damaged goods?

We strive to ship our products in perfect condition. If a damaged product is unexpectedly shipped, please report this within 48 hours of receipt. We will refund damaged items.

If your shipment has damage to the outside/outer packaging, or has been opened and/or re-sealed, please contact customer service within 48 hours. We will then file a claim with the carrier for you. Save the original boxes and packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
