We collect certain data when orders are placed. In our privacy statement you will find information about our privacy policy.

Processing of personal data

In order to provide you with a good service, Interslash needs some personal information from you. We ask you to fill in this information because this is necessary for us to handle the order properly. This is not possible without your personal data. When an order is placed with us, the following personal data are processed:

Personal data
These are personal data that you enter yourself during the order or account registration process:

• Name
• Address
• Postal Code
• Residence
• Country
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Date of birth

We use this information to process your order and deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Your e-mail address is required to send the order confirmation so that you always have proof of your order. Furthermore, the e-mail address and your telephone number are used to communicate with you about (the status of) your order.

Payment details

When registering payment details we note the amount and your method of payment (iDeal, Paypal or bank transfer). Of course, bank details are not stored and every payment option is secured.

Cookies

Interslash uses Google Analytics to analyze website visits in order to improve the website. Google
Analytics uses cookies to recognize a visitor and collects information about the operating system,
browser, IP address, the referring URL and the date and time when a website page was visited. More information about your privacy when using Google Analytics can be found here.
By installing a Google Analytics Browser extension you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting information about visiting a website page.

Purposes for processing

Interslash processes personal data and payment data for administrative purposes, such as:

• processing your order
• payment of your order
• the delivery of your order at the delivery address chosen by you

Secure pages

The online payment options of Interslash are secured with SSL, so your personal data is sent encrypted and it is impossible for third parties to see your data. The security of the website can be checked by clicking on the payment page on your right mouse button and choosing Properties'. You now get a window with the connection data. With 'Connection' it is stated that it is an SSL connection.
Your data will not be saved.

Duration of storage

in order to offer our services as well as possible, we store the information that you enter on our website. The data is stored during the period that you have an account with us.

Origin of personal data

The information processed by interslash is obtained from visitors and customers, which are provided by the visitor and customers themselves via the order form or when filling in account details.

Provision of personal data

Interslash provides your data to a limited circle of third parties who process the data for administrative purposes:

• Payment providers: for the processing of payment transactions, we provide your data, depending on the payment method to Paypal or Currence iDeal B.V.
• Transporters: to send your order we will transfer your address details to the transporter of your package
• Data analysis: in order to continually improve our website, we can pass on data to parties with which we perform data analysis (eg Google Analytics)

Interslash does not provide your details to third parties, except insofar as laws and regulations require us to do so. The data will only be used for the purposes described in this privacy statement.

Rights of our customers and visitors

As visitor or customer of our website you have the right to contact info@interslash.nl with the request to inform you whether Interslash processes your data. Interslash wil notify you in writing within four weeks of the request which data will be processed, for which purposes this data will be processed, how long the data will be stored or on the basis of what criteria this takes place and where these data are coming from. who they are provided and for what purposes this happens.

If it is clear that we process personal data about you and which data these are, you have a number of rights that are explained below.

If the information turns out to be incorrect, unnecessary or incomplete, you can submit a request for rectification. We will then correct, supplement or protect your data as quickly as possible.

In addition, you may submit a request for data exchange. We then check whether your data should indeed be deleted. We do this on the basis of all applicable privacy legislation. If you are entitled to this, we will erase your data as soon as possible.

You can also request a limitation of the processing. This means that your personal data will only be stored temporarily and will not be processed further. You can, for example, make such a request if
you believe that we are processing incorrect information about you, or you do not want your data to be deleted. We then determine whether you are entitled to limitation of the processing. We do this on
the basis of the privacy legislation.
