Defects
If you notice a defect, you can easily report it to us via the Order overview.
Here is the process as follows:
- Navigate to "RMA (return defects)¨.
- You will be redirected to the RMA form, where you can indicate which item is defective.
- After you have entered all the necessary information and submitted the form, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours with the RMA number and the accompanying instructions. You must state the RMA number with the return shipment.
You can report the following items via the RMA form:
- Defects
- Incorrectly sent items
- Missing items / shortages
